Holiday Gifts
I've been really busy this month. I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and that you are preparing for an inspiring New Year.
I love giving hand-made gifts but I always wonder if the recipient will love my gift as much as I enjoyed making it. When I saw these plain beer mugs at Ikea, they were screaming for something to be done to them! Afterall, men love a favorite cup/mug!

Season's Greetings
For some reason, I'm starting a little late this year. This is the first card that I've made for Christmas and I still haven't finished my own. Maybe this will spark a movement!

A Cricut Pumkin
I used my Cricut to design a stencil for carving a pumpkin for my DS school competition. Not only was this my first time carving a pumkin, it was also my first time decorating one. I must say it was fun to embellish something more than paper!

Baby Shower
I helped to plan and host a shower for my cousin this past weekend. Of course, my primary duty was decor! I really like the centerpieces and they are great to reuse or even keep (my cousin wanted hers to keep for the baby's room); much more economical than decorations that you throw away. Everyone thought that the cake slices were intricate cheescakes!

Pooh's House
I have a friend whose nickname is Pooh and she just purchased a new home. I thought this would be fitting for her. I hope she likes it as much as I do!

Atlanta SWARM

Recently I participated in my first SWARM! I was so excited and I surely overpacked! Anyhow, I had so much fun and it was an exciting opportunity to learn from fellow scrapbookers and card makers. We had two full days to share our love for papercrafting, make new friends, and create.
Ahh, the sound of 20 Cricut machines chirping right along!
Take a look at a few of the things I made...
